Streamline social media and blogging strategy and execution for Real Estate company; conduct market research to implement strategic marketing initiatives for lead generation and profit optimization.

Marketing Manager

Led marketing and outbound communications for luxury resort with Golf Digest Top 100 18-hole course; developed copywriting, designed promotional newsletters, emails, and traditional and digital ads, created and distributed press releases to national media, and managed website content.

Coordinated and hosted membership events, created invitations and led outreach, managed caterers, service and bar staff, and led logistics related to entertainers, décor, and food and beverage; grew member engagement through professionally executed events, effectively communicated news, upcoming events, recaps of events, and golf news. 

Oversaw implementation of new mobile app, led training of staff and members on app functionality and provided troubleshooting as needed; new app saw an increase in event and tournament registration and increased member satisfaction.

Served as client consultant on branding, website development, and social media for marketing agency partnering with Oral Surgeons; customized social media strategies to build engagement on multiple platforms, coordinated PR programs, and analyzed social and website analytics to improve strategies.

Account Manager

Led marketing actions for luxury golf course and resort, spearheaded membership, event, and tournament sales, and oversaw event coordination and execution. 

Drove membership recruitment and course marketing actions, personally recruited, vetted, and induct new members, and oversaw development and distribution of marketing collateral, including newsletters, flyers, website updates, social media, and paid advertising; successfully increased golf membership by 10 in just 2 months with new strategies. 

Responsible for developing and executing event plans, including room layout, food and beverage service, and audio/visual set up, partnering with internal operations, catering, and accounting departments, and utilizing Event Management System.

Spearheaded client relations actions before, during, and after events, maintained constant communication, directed event logistics, and followed up with clients on issues and billing; secured 10% and 20% profit margin on member events and non-member events respectfully, and increased golf and athletic membership.

Led development of new menu, analyzed past events and client requests and created client survey, researched competitors, and worked with Executive Chef to update menu and pricing; new and improved menu resulted in an increase of bookings while improving overall revenue. 

Managed food and beverage team, created a detailed timeline of event setup and programming, developed a timeline for event contacts, vendors, and guests, and ensured understanding by all stakeholders; enable all parties to be on same page, coordinated many moving parts, and ensured guests have an enjoyable time.
