Ski instructor and resort guide for two winter seasons at Snowbird, UT. In those two seasons I got to teach everything from beginner lessons too advanced moguls and off piste.  I was able to work as a guide for those advanced skiers who wanted a tour of the resort, or cut lines on a pow day! As an instructor of Snowbird I was also expected to act as a representative of the mountain school and the resort both on and off the slopes. In my free time I also volunteered with the ski patrol's trail crew working to keep the mountain operating smoothly and safe for all guests.

Raft guiding on the Salmon and Snake rivers through Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. As a guide it was my responsibility to ensure the fun and safety  of our clients. I worked with fellow guides on logistics for meal planning, camping, gear, and route planning on the river. We ran everything from day trips on the Salmon through Riggins, ID, too five day trips camping on the main Salmon through the Frank Church wilderness, ID, and the Snake river through Hell's Canyon, ID, OR, and WA.
