Freelance Illustrator and Designer

Hi I'm MAK, a freelance illustrator and designer. My work ranges from illustration, apparel graphic art, branding, typography, packaging, & Ad design. I am a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design with a degree in printmaking. I have had the privilege to design for outstanding clients such as Human Rights Campaign, MailChimp, TRUTH Campaign, Mellow Mushroom, American Cancer Society, Atlanta Dream WMBA team, & many more. I draw my inspiration from a life long love for surfing and the outdoors.

Art production Manager for the Art Department managing the flow and delegation of all projects all while being a member of the art and design team. Working on jobs creating full lines of retail garments, through various production processes such as screen print, dye sublimation, direct to garment, appliqué, embroidery, ect.

Apparel Graphic Designer & Art Production Manager

As an educator I effectively educate our guests on the fabrics, features, fit and function of our product, our culture and the communities we belong to. By educating guests I empower them to make decisions for themselves based on the facts that we offer them. By doing this, the guesswork is taken out of shopping for customers. As well as the Team leader of the Visual Merchandising team, I head full weekly store flips creating new and exciting product layouts for both the entire store team as well as the guests. By coordinating the team of visual merchandisers, we created a sustainable floor plan to fluctuate with sell through, as well as adding new focus and interest with in the store.
