I am an accomplished sales management leader with 15 years of experience in the fashion and real estate industries. I have grown businesses and expanded territories trough sales generation, account management, strategic planning, sales team training and development as well as operations management.
For the past 7 years I have been managing 60 apartments and 11 employees of a short term apartment management company. By restructuring the organization, creating an aggressive marketing strategy, retraining an under performing sales team and expanding into global markets I have grown the business from 40-60 apartment and increased profitability by $4 million.
Prior to the real estate industry, I started my career as a sales representative for a women’s head wear fashion and accessories company. Through opening and managing department store and specialty store accounts, exhibiting at national trade shows, and creating unique in store events and promotions I increased sales profitability by $1million per year representing 10% of total company revenue. Due to strong sales generation abilities, I was promoted to Sales Management Executive in charge of 12 independent sales representatives and territory development. By building and managing a strong sales force, establishing market presence, creating an aggressive marketing strategy, and exhibiting at national trade shows, I increased profitability from $500,000 to $1.5 million per year.
