In my past experiences, as a denim designer, I enjoy the responsibility of leading a design/product development team, creating new products and seeing projects through from conception to delivery. 

I believe that my strong background in Apparel/denim design/product developement/graphic art combined with my experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing a variety of projects, makes me ideally suited to this role. I am highly organized and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in high-pressure environments. A solid team player, I work to tight deadlines and have plenty of initiative.

Weekly 15-20 styles generating techpaks for sample request Dress/Denim/Tencel/Knit/Sweater
Established strong relationship with factories to support full collection samples. 
Specialist Tencel/Denim/Non-denim washes- Dresses & Jumpsuits
Color selection per style Dress/Denim/Tencel/Knit/Sweater
Attending fitting work closely with technical designers, ensuring and finalizing our target customer sizing.
Directly responsible for overseeing day to day design activities, merchandising/benchmark
shopping to create products (focusing on large customers), creating sketches from competitive shopping, concept development, creating trend board, trim and fabric sourcing, communicating with China-based factories (to ensure the best samples and T.O.P. sample production), analyzing in-season and post-season sales statistics, and handling a wide variety of special projects. Creates
and executes assortment, based on sale through reports. Works closely with CEO by attending meetings to analyze best sellers and proceed with upcoming trends. Assembles assortment to match up with sales reports.

Senior Designer

Fit technology/Ab solution bottoms- Denim/ Non-denim. 
Manage factories sample coordinators from China 100% vendor made samples. 
Create CAD/ Denim board for saleteam/ factories/ private label accounts, which increase 20% sale
Create artworks embroideries/ back pockets for private labels accounts
Generate techpaks from pro type stage sample reqeusts to PP stage. 
Maintain samples tracking chart.

Concept development and create screen prints, separatioms & emnellishment techniques

Denim design 20-30 new designs monthly Junior market. Private Label Kohl’s, Macy’s accounts.
Manage design assistant meeting goals for market month.
Manage oversea factories ensure/excel productivities. Quick approval process to meet market deadlines.
Travel to China factories 3 times per year to promote meeting dealines for showing denim line Kohl's account and fullfill LA showroom space.
