A native Californian, Patrick has spent the last two decades developing effective award winning campaigns for global brands around the world.
Patrick is currently creative director at Venables Bell & Partners in San Francisco overseeing the launch of Reebok in Greater China. Previously he served as the executive creative director and group creative director for the TBWA network in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Shanghai.
Throughout his career, Patrick has worked closely with brand leaders at adidas, Pernod Ricard, Standard Chartered Bank, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Nokia, Starbucks, Mead Johnson, SmarTone-Vodafone, Shangri-La Hotels, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Toshiba, helping them develop and create ideas that achieve brand and business growth.
His work has been recognised internationally for creativity and effectiveness at Cannes, One Show, Webby Awards, Effies, New York Festivals, Communication Arts, Creativity, GRAPHIS, Mobius, Athena Awards, AdFest, Spikes, Epica, AMES (Asian Marketing Effectiveness and Strategy Awards), ROI Awards, Long Xi Awards, Busan AdStars Festival, The WORK, The BestAdsOnTV, Adquan Jintong Awards and Hong Kong Kam Fan Awards.
Patrick has also been invited to judge creative award shows such as Cannes, New York Festivals, Dubai Lynx, Spikes Festival, AdStars Festival, Tambuli Awards, Tomorrow Awards, Cristal Festival, The Singapore Outdoor Advertising Awards and the Premios Volcan Festival.
While Patrick is passionate about creativity and innovation, he cites that his most notable creative achievement was a top ten hit in Finland with his former band many moons ago.
He is also a surfer, skater, part-time bass player, animal rescuer and personality type-9 peacemaker.
