My goal in my professional career has always been to ensure that the culture and values of the company I work for are apparent to the consumer from every aspect of the supply chain from the first decisions of fiber selection to how employees engage with customers in-store to how the product/services are displayed. 

My passion for the customer fuses with my passion for my team. I have never been one to limit myself to my job description, but rather focus on cross-functional communication to have every department work and learn from each other to reach a common goal. I have an extensive background in training and development. My team has always been important to me and the success and development of my peers and employees is a greater accomplishment to me than my own success. 

I am looking to join a company that has the similar mindset of teamwork and passion for making an impact in the industry and in the lives of the consumers.
