Product Development and Production Specialist 

Maintaining responsibilities from previous role in addition to:
o	Owner of all soft woven and novelty fabrics - leverage fabrics across categories to help negotiate costs to ensure IMU goal of 75% landed
o	On average manages 80-100 styles per season
o	Oversee entire development process through delivery to fulfillment center 
o	Manage and track purchase orders to ensure on time and in full
o	Understanding of fabric duties and tariffs 
o	Understanding Timelines, and production pipeline due dates
o	Manage in season production/Order Changes


o	Responsible for Fashion Dresses, Special Occasion, Jumpsuits/rompers and Outerwear Categories
o	Act as a category costing expert in meetings offering expertise and on demand costing options
o	Create cost targets for all styles before tech packs are sent and engineer all garments upfront to ensure IMU goals are met
o	Manage development WIP including T&A proto tracking, sample management, fabric management and costing
o	Understand and negotiate component costing for all styles 
o	Strong verbal and written communication with domestic & overseas vendors
o	Work closely with our designers and buyers to create successful product while accomplishing IMU goal in line with company target
o	Strong Knowledge of costing and garment construction. 
o	Working with team to determine sourcing and allocation strategy


Product Development Specialist 

o	Overseeing all aspects of domestic production along with CEO.
o	Assisting CEO with designing and creating line.
o	Making sketches, Tech Packs and WIP’s to send to our manufacturers.
o	Managing product from concept to completion
o	Fabric and trim sourcing
o	Create cost targets for all styles before tech packs are sent to ensure IMU goals are met
o	Negotiate costing and reworking fit and quality on certain styles to help lower cost if IMU is not met
o	Overseeing all aspects of domestic production along with CEO. Making daily visits to factories to ensure production timeline is being followed



Product Development/ Production Coordinator

o	Providing support from inception to completion of the seasonal line with heavy focus on the Salesman Sample process.
o	Assisting with the merchandising/photo shoot/buy line 
o	Reviewing Protos and entering costing into PLM system
o	Organizing fabric libraries, updating fabric specs and Tech Packs
o	Working closely with Product Development managers to help transition efficiently from season to season.
