I have a long off-road back ground more than 30 years as an enthusiast and 10 years as a professional rider racing in US and Mexico.
I am bilingual. 
I am willing to travel up to 100% of work schedule in the US and Abroad.
I am willing to booths, trade shows, expos and events to promote and make contacts for Leatt. 
I have my own transportation to transport materials and supplies as directed. 
I am a serious go-getter and I have the unique ability to strike up conversations with a variety of people in any situation. 
I can get to the decision makers. 
I am computer literate.
I am outgoing and already have a love of the LEATT brand and mission.
I am currently in  Yuma AZ on the border of CA and MEXICO however I am in process of moving to San Diego CA as my new home base.


Offroad Rider of Record for the pro team SHOC RACING. Race in amateur and professional motocross off road races in Mexico and US. Best in the Desert series and Score Off-road series among others.
Plan logistics, team nutrition, training, philanthropy, media, and sponsorship.
Recruit and train riders, pit captains and team mates.

•	Manage Daily activities for new installations, schedule, coordination meetings project activities, geo-technical, construction, equipment installation/procurement/delivery, budget and cost management, as well as daily issue and conflict resolution. Took sales from $0 to $1,900,000.  
•	Directed the residential and commercial construction project management work functions for an up to 42 person staff and over 30 contractors.
•	Worked as part of a general construction team to ensure sub-contractor adherence to company directed safety operations.  Tasked with maintaining safety in the workplace in spite of hazardous conditions such as demolition, concrete staining, epoxies, concrete grinding and working on scaffolding.  
•	Ensured that all construction projects were completed on time and within budget.
•	Gained extensive experience through relationships, memberships and continued education.
•	Managed a $250,000 flooring construction project from the ground-up for RV Palms Resort
