Technology Assistant

I am an experienced Technology Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I am skilled in WordPress, iOS, Customer Service, Apple Certified, and Creative Problem Solving. I have experience managing websites and working with small businesses and entrepreneurs with online stores. I have a Master's degree focused in Kinesiology with emphasis in Athletic Training from Michigan State University and an extensive background in sports medicine. My "unicorn" job would be one that marries my love of sports and the outdoors with my technical expertise. 

As the Tech Assistant for this Apple Distinguished school, I am the first stop for students, teachers, and parents with any tech issue. I am an Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) and process the vast majority of Apple Repairs via GSX. I also assist teachers and students with use of apps, integrations, iCloud questions, and general "how to" questions for tech use. I also assist in website content management, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications. 

I started my virtual assistant company providing online, remote administrative, marketing and business support for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Responsibilities included project management acting as the liaison between clients and producers and maintaining expectations and timelines, word processing projects, copywriting, blog writing, email newsletters, social media management, online course development, customer service, Amazon seller center management, SEO, PPC advertisement campaigns, and website management.
