-Personally prepared and submitted all building permit requests on behalf of customers, and resolved disputes and issues with AHJs 
-Managed special projects and handled all arrangements and communication with local vendors and contractors
-Worked extensively with local Sales and Installation teams to ensure that customers’ experience is seamless from point of sale to project completion


Office Administrator

-Served as executive assistant to the CEO, CFO, EVP of Product, and EVP of Sales
-Planned and coordinated all internal and external company meetings, events, and logistics
-Engaged in extensive cross-company communication and organization, including regular contact with out of state and international offices. Work closely with several departments, including human resources, marketing, sales, and finance
-Organized travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, and rental of conference facilities 
-Regularly and consistently solved problems across 7 offices to ensure that each office functions smoothly and efficiently
-Drafted offer letters, process new hires, maintain the company organization chart, procure hardware, and process terminations
-Coordinated and assisted in managing the acquisition of 40 new employees
-Planned, coordinated, and managed a two-day Sales Kick Off event in conjunction with the company’s rebranding and launch 
-Point-person across 7 offices
