I am a graphic design professional looking for an exciting opportunity. I currently work for an apparel design company, where I have gained a lot of knowledge about all aspects of the industry. I have worked on designs for everything from men's shirts to women's yoga pants, coffee mugs, pillow cases and other promotional items. I am experienced in file prep for dye sublimation, direct to garment printing as well as screen print. I have designed licensed custom yoga pants, shirts and socks for over 600 colleges across the country. I have worked with outside clients such as the U.S. Army and Guy Harvey and I helped re-launch the Salt Strong brand. I am currently the lead designer on a project we are working on for Learfield licensing company and I am also the marketing graphic designer. I use both Illustrator and Photoshop on a daily basis for everything from creating designs to putting together mock ups and creating print ready files. I have helped build mock up templates from photos taken in house and I have worked closely with our sewing team to develop apparel patterns and build print templates from those patterns. I am always looking to learn more and push myself beyond my comfort zone. You can look at my online portfolio at DanielleDesigns123.net.
Aside from my passion for design I also have a very strong work ethic. I never give up and I am always learning. My analytical side makes me a very good problem solver. I try to always look for the most efficient way to do things. My background in education and childcare has taught me to be very patient and I am very good at teaching things to others. I understand the importance of working with a team but I am also independent and self motivated. I think I would be a great asset to any team.
