First off thanks for coming and visiting my page!

I am Nathan Meyer for those of you who don't know me. I am an ambitious business professional focused on efficiency and creating a positive work culture.  Looking for learning opportunities and to be part of a team within a successful organization.

On a personal note, I love to travel, adventure, and spend time with friends. From living in the Pacific Northwest I have been blessed with countless opportunities to get out! Below is a list of activities I love to do:

•	Created a marketing plan that increased awareness, education, and promotion of shop. 
•	Facilitated multiple projects communicating between cross-functional units. Projects resulted in improved brand image and shop layout, creating a more customer friendly and user environment. 
•	Managed day to day operations through planning and prioritization of tasks/duties for a staff.
•	Standardized processes and procedures through documentation and training of staff.


Specialist

•	Improved customer satisfaction through knowledge of products and activities including; yard games, watercraft and travel trailers.
•	Supported the Outdoor Recreation Center to achieve highest recorded revenue for a year. Transactions per day ranged up to $17,500.
•	Worked within a team to help serve all airmen (active, guard, retired), dependents, and civilian workers at the highest capacity.


Recreation Aid

•	Led groups of 10-40 participants on outdoor adventure trips throughout the Pacific Northwest and into Canada. Trips included: Rafting, Skiing, Stand-Up Paddleboard, Backpacking, Kayaking, and Mountain Biking. 
•	Managed up to $20,000 worth of gear per trip. Supervised the loading, use, and recovery.
•	Prioritized safety; both physical and emotional. 


Trip Leader

•	Formulated an entertaining and descriptive presentation of local (Ketchikan) and state (Alaska) knowledge for tours.
•	Independently led groups of up to 50 people on totem pole tours spanning from one  to three hours.


Driver/ Guide

•	Achieved/maintained high product quality for up to 23,000 units daily in the packaging/distribution department. 
•	Helped prepare equipment and materials for production.
•	Promoted both safe food practices and a safe work environment culture.
