I’m Ying Zhang. I’m a qualified, enthusiastic and professional color & materials designer, with a strong desire for knowledge and challenges. I’m actively involved with the latest trends and technology in the field of color & materials, and in contemporary design. I’m a quick-study who picks up new skills easily, and a self-motivated person with a fresh perspective on problems and challenges.

As a graduate of the MFA Color and Material Design Department at College for Creative Studies (CCS), I had the opportunity to develop my skills not only creatively but intellectually as well. While at CCS, I was able to develop a strong orientation toward business and the practical application of the arts to industry. I learned about color and material and it’s importance to the brands’ identity and their values while focus on current trends in design.
