Max has worked in the Aerospace & Defense industry for 7 years in various technical and operations roles. He attended Purdue University for Electrical Engineering and Economics before returning to Dallas and joining Lockheed Martin as a Reliability Engineer. During his time as a reliability engineer, his exposure to operations kindled a desire to understand that side of the business better. Soon after, Max was accepted into the Operations Leadership Development Program where he rotated between Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning & Control, and Global Supply Chain for two years. During this time he also pursued a Professional MBA in Finance & Strategy from Southern Methodist University. Choosing to remain in Global Supply Chain after graduating, Max was brought in during the acquisition of a flow battery company from Cambridge, MA and became the subcontracts representative for the development program, shaping the supply relationships and contracts. Max is now looking to transition into the lifestyle industry and leverage his knowledge in international procurement and operations to bring new perspectives to a market with greater personal interaction with the end customer.
