Project Coordinator

In an effort to figure out where my professional strengths lie, I've diversified my experiences by working in a variety of industries.  This has included retail, non-profit, and healthcare environments.  While I've interpreted each experience as an opportunity to learn and grow as a business professional, I'm currently looking for an opportunity to work for an organization that will encourage me to reach my full creative potential.

Illustrated & organized department process flows. Maintained inventory of department's 300+ communications (letters, flyers, etc.) & facilitated regular reviews. Served as department's SharePoint SME & and made sites more user-friendly. Coordinated efforts from multiple parties to complete time sensitive projects. Assisted in ensuring deliverables were sent timely to external regulators. Completed administrative duties (scheduling meetings, equipment set-up, etc.) Facilitated classroom training for new hires. Actively participated in quality check of member records during external audit.

Operated POS system & navigated liability waiver database efficiently in retail setting. Hosted small group events to satisfaction of new & returning customers. Supervised safety of guests in athletic environment. Assisted customers in person and over the phone. 

Customer Service Representative

Regularly contributed to social media (Facebook) while entering into new social channels (Youtube). Assisted in editing web page content via WordPress. Secured raffle donations from local businesses. 

Marketing Assistant (Intern)

Contributed to social media (Twitter) marketing: raised awareness of program prior to nation-wide premier of television series "Dogs of War" (A&E), live "tweeted" during weekly episodes, responded to inquiries. Secured local sponsorships to provide monetary rewards for Veterans in training program. Assisted in acquiring funds through raffle-ticket sales. Designed & distributed e-mail marketing material via Constant Contact.

Marketing Assistant (Internship)

Created product catalog via Microsoft Excel for small retail location. Combined personal experience & acquired knowledge to assist long-boarding (skating) customers more effectively. Assisted customers in person and over the phone.
