Directed retail buyers and the wholesale purchasing and planning department on seasonal assortments and purchasing strategies

Implemented new purchasing process to increase product turns and reduce liquidation.  Increased financial year gross margins by 4.5% through strategic inventory management and vendor pricing negotiation.  Developed and managed strict testing standards and quality control processes.
