Global Events Coordinator

As first an avid snowboarder and second a young professional, my goal is to always work in a career that embodies an outdoor lifestyle that I am passionate about and one that I can share with others. I want be challenged and inspired in an innovative environment that supports those same core values.

My background working within recreation has taught me the importance of community and relationships and how without these, little can be achieved. I am a team-oriented individual who thrives in an environment of collaboration and success-driven attitudes. My positive, committed and driven attitude is an aspect I wish to pass on to others who share the same passion and determination for something, This is me, an avid snowboarder, a storyteller, an ambassador for all things outdoor. 

Assist in the execution of corporate and brand events, including the U.S Open, Burton Qualifiers, Company Meetings, grassroots events and seasonal launches.

Manage relationships with outside contractors, vendors and event staff.

Assist with shipping/storage logistics, on-site operations and post-event reporting.

Support partnership sales with contract and payment coordination, market research and prospecting for potential partners, sales deck and proposal creation, sell-in to potential partners, and account management of existing partners.

Complete administrative duties which include, Vendor setup and payment, arranging travel and lodging for event staff and contractors, product ordering, purchasing and managing event infrastructure, document creation and tracking for events (legal, invitations, accounting, etc.) and assisting with budget tracking.

Plan, direct, supervise and evaluate assigned program activities specific to the three season facility Giorgetti Arena (skate park, ice arena and turf field), mountain biking programs, day camp programs, and adult athletic leagues.

Develop and administer program goals and objectives.

Communicate effectively with all team members of the department to meet the needs of the public.

Monitor and evaluate the program’s effectiveness and participation; initiating changes and designing new programs to address the needs of the public.

Oversee all administrative duties associated with facilities and programs which includes developing and monitoring budgets, establishing and evaluating fees, scheduling, recruitment, training and supervision of employees and volunteers, prepare POs and purchase necessary supplies.

Design and implement print and social media marketing materials specific to facilities and programs assigned. 

Program Director

Assist in the successful planning and execution of select home athletic events, NCAA and New England Small College Athletic Conference Championships.

Assist as an on-site manager for events and coordinate greeting teams and game officials, equipment set-up, event staff and crowd control supervision.

Aid in the responsibility of coordinating with other members of the Athletics department, campus community and local agencies that may be involved with the successful operation of the game or event and a post-event review and evaluation. 

Provide excellent customer service for fans and guests.

Assist with the day-to-day operations budget of operations and event management.

This position allowed me to work in a creative and collaborative team environment teaching me to embrace changes, adapt when necessary and be innovative.

Ensure and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on both soft and hard good products within the shop.

Assist in driving sales all while staying true the business culture, vision and goals.

Actively seek out customers in the store to engage and deliver a quality in store experience.

Perform proper cash handling procedures.

Maintain in-stock products and presentable condition of soft goods area.

Aid in and suggest ways to improve sales through proper product placement.
