– Worked alongside Creative Directors and assisted with creative operations, client account management, oversaw team bandwidth, workflow and resources. 
– Structured and scoped projects, maintained project timelines, facilitated workflow while providing support to graphic designers, web developers, and outside contractors, managed all design assets, ensured all graphics were created, tracked, and approved, coordinated estimates, production, proofing, and quality assurance for all deliverables.

Studio Coordinator 

– Spearheaded monthly content across 8 different print magazines. Supervised a team of 30+ revolving freelance contributors, maintained monthly editorial calendars, scheduled content, and coordinated photoshoots. Served as a liaison between freelancers, clients, and internal teams.
– Maintained monthly content budgets, managed statewide subscriptions, performed regular distribution audits, processed all freelance invoices.

Editorial Coordinator // Office Manager

– Provided support to the Director of Operations including calendar management, travel coordination, presentation prep, coordinating client meetings and event arrangements. 
– Responsible for creating and distributing internal agendas, updating daily reports, and managing multiple company email aliases.

Executive Assistant

– Managed workflow, oversaw day to day operations, scheduling, inventory, stand finances, employee contact, ordering supplies, supervising staff, and training new employees.
