o Men’s & Boys Licenses and Private Label Collections
o Manage pre-development of seasonal collections into production including: lap dips,
strike offs, fabric development, tech packs, sampling, and fit samples
o Communicate with factories in Asia and Indonesia to receive cost inquiries, samples, fits,
and time and actions.
o Assess and provide cost to account managers, sales, and design to reach both company
and account marginal goals.
o Provide Weekly Status Report to manager, on progress of maintaining deadlines and SKU
count; bring up any obstacles and issues from all aspect of development that might
potentially effect production. Provide progress of factory performance.
o Develop & manage workflows between Design, tech, account management, & production.

-Develop seasonal line plans & buy strategy for core line as well as for specific retailers
-Create seasonal concepts, forecast, and trend for executives and sales. 
-Lead concept and development with seasonal fabrications, trims, and print technique
-Design and Merchandise seasonal concepts for specific retail buyers
-Create and complete tech packs from concept to production for each season
-Create seasonal textile design and art graphics
-Men's Accessories & knit sweater developer
-Ability to work in PLM
-Develop work flows between departments

Temp

Computer work: Creating Tech Packs, Cat-a-logs, flats, replicate and manipulate fabric swatches
Fit analysis: Taking in new samples and checking the fit and documenting in the tech sheets.
Updating shipments: making sure all orders are correct and cat-a-log
