•	All the same responsibilities with Lakeshore Outdoor Sales with the addition of the Northern Peninsula of MI and all of WI as part of my territory when the agency started. 
•	Agency started with 5 people and grew to 23 people. I increased my territory in volume and dealer count enough to be split three times during my tenure with OPSA.  
•	Managed an order book over $8,000,000 with several key accounts in the sporting goods, hunting and fishing and department store categories.  
•	Summit Series sales contest winner – Sell in the highest dollar amount of the Summit Series products, the best, most technical and most expensive styles made by The North Face.  
•	Fall Transition sales contest winner – Sell in to the highest percentage of accounts, sell in highest dollar amount of daypacks, sell in highest dollar amount increases over LY.  
•	Pivotal Pack sales contest winner – Sell in the highest dollar amount of new product launch Pivotal Backpack.
