• Regional Manager, sales, 2000 - ongoing.

Passionate, easygoing leader who deliver results year over year. This is possible by the creation of a team as passionate and empower to live the best moment of their live everyday at work and at home .

Primarily responsible for the leadership, development and management of sales teams located from Montérégie to Bas St-Laurent. Over the last years I have insure the reinforcement of our relationship with our customers and partners (internal and external) The objective of these teams is to meet and exceed their objectives which are set collaboratively with me and  in line with the one of GSK. I work on a daily basis with the higher management and head office to establish effective strategies targeting the Quebec market. I also lead the individuals in my team on their own development and career path, with the objective to have them succeed.
