I am currently an operations manager in which I manage all phases of the business moving over 1 million dollars of product per year. It is my responsibility to monitor all facets of business operations as well as strategic planning, research, finance, HR, and marketing. In addition I have full P&L accountability and for annual $2M operating budget consisting of seven full-time employees and five contract employees.

Manage effective warehouse operations and production schedules in alignment with federal regulations and built strong relationships with seven new vendors, easing negotiations and garnering permission from leadership for purchase of product. I have successfully recruited, hired, and supervised project contractors, completing projects at least one week early and $5K under budget.
By researching and implementing new equipment procedures, I reduced product loss by 28% and increased profit $224K.
