Style Team Lead

Style Team Leader at Target based in San Diego, CA. Always on the lookout for exciting new opportunities!

Plan and execute daily workload to meet department and store goals
Work one-on-one with team members to reach sales goals and improve guest experience
Lead day to day tasks which include price changes, setting visual merchandising standards, sales floor replenishment, active selling, and maintaining the store brand.
 Lead team members to be the best consultants they can be by modeling active selling techniques and keeping them accountable of their departments, sales goals, etc
Have daily check-ins with consultants at the end of shifts
Provide an elevated sales experience to the guest and educate team members how to incorporate this into their selling routine
Interview potential new consultants for the style team

I develop new models and prepare them for work in the highly competitive modeling industry, arrange numerous photoshoots to build their portfolios, promoting models to clients (local and national), run open call at the agency, daily  client outreach.

Built up social media network (grew the Instagram from 10k to 55k followers in one year, ran the blog, Facebook, and Twitter), met deadlines, procured opportunities for models, developed new models' books as well as relationships with clients and photographers, ran day to day operations within the office.
