I manage P&L and B/S, working capital, GAAP accounting month-end close activities, develop annual budgets and financial procedures, all while developing innovative, compliant process management and reporting systems that keep workflow efficient and transparent.

WHY IT MATTERS: My roles have put me at the center of a lot of moving parts and competing priorities, and I love guiding all those parts into place to create financially compliant efficient solutions. My single-minded focus from my marketing background on enhancing the customer experience gives me an edge in storytelling and developing a user-friendly financial package for management.

WHO I WORK WITH: I build and support cross-functional teams to manage diverse functions, including human resources, finance, and project planning, and operations. I take a collaborative approach to team leadership, ensuring that my team members are empowered to succeed.
