WHY IT MATTERS: My role at BG Digital puts me at the center of a lot of moving parts and competing priorities, and I love guiding all those parts into place to create elegant solutions. My single-minded focus on enhancing the customer experience gives me an edge in storytelling and cultivating brand loyalty.

WHO I WORK WITH: I build and support cross-functional teams to manage diverse functions, including human resources, finance, and project planning, and operations. I take a collaborative approach to team leadership, ensuring that my team members are empowered to succeed.
