Lead Sales / Assistant Buyer

I'm a lover of all things outdoors, dogs, and coffee. Born on the east coast, I've traveled to 32 States and continue to embrace every opportunity to travel. My outgoing nature and passion for snow had brought me to Breckenridge, Colorado where I've spent the last three winters. I'm anxious for more unique experiences and new encounters that can develop lasting professional and personal friendships. I am very open to relocating for a chance to continue my career in the outdoor industry!


Maintain in depth knowledge of all products and vendors carried including hard and soft goods.
Obtain knowledge of outside brands to better familiarize with the customer and industry
Provide friendly and compassionate customer service.
Perform stocking and merchandising of entire store to maintain store aesthetics.
Attend vendor appointments and provide an educated input for future products carried.
Assist in the local organization of industry events
Retain relationships with industry representatives and communications

Maintain knowledge of vendors, merchandise, current promotions, and policies.
Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of products and services available.
Responsible for visual merchandising of store product to ensure optimal sales
Travel to other locations to accurately train employees on POS and company policies.
Responsible for assisting in visual merchandising of Buckman's many locations.
Aid in all customer issues to produce an appropriate and efficient resolution.
Training and delegating responsibilities to staff members.
