Sales Order Analyst - Sales

Want to support a company not only in their short term goals, but in their long term goals as well. I am
motivated, work well in a highly-fast pace environment with minimal or no supervision.

Conduct several phases of Sales Analyst/Customer Service procedures for highly fast-paced ceilings
manufacturing company in specialty design ceilings and walls.
• Process customer quote orders through M2M system manually.
• Create quote folders for estimators to be able to price project based off customer's pertinent information, including date material is needed, suggestions for quote strategies, anticipated closing percentage % and any notes that might be helpful during the estimating phase.
• Download all quote information into company X-Drive into customer project folders.
• Communicate daily by email or by telephone with sales manager, estimators, project managers, salesmen, brokers and customers regarding orders, product data, and shipping and delivery status of sample orders for product.
• Communicate daily with sales manager, estimators, project managers on project quotes being processed, scheduling of product data to be emailed to customer, shipping status of Sample Requests.
• Process Fed Ex shipments for sample product to be shipped to customers.

Conduct several phases of customer service procedures for highly fast-paced Food Service
Manufacturing company with 8 plants across the country.
• Process customer orders through EDI system or enter manually in AS400 system.
• Communicate daily by email or by telephone with salesmen, brokers and customers regarding orders, inventory of product, availability and shipping and delivery status of product.
• Communicate daily with Sales Coordinators of each plant on production scheduling of product, availability of product, shipping status, COA requests, and shipment status on orders.
• Processed UPS and Fed Ex shipments for sample product to be shipped to customers.
• Processed Return Authorization for customers due to damaged or expired product.
• Invoice all EDI orders through EDI system.
• Communicate with AR department regarding billing, invoices, credits, and returns.

Customer Service Representative

• Processed personnel orders for all Corporate and Distribution Center Michael Kors employees which included items for Women and Men's Ready to Wear, Footwear, Handbags and Accessories.
• Processed Ready to Wear, Footwear and Handbag allotment orders for over 300 Michael Kors District Managers and Shop Managers of Michael Kors stores throughout the region.
• Processed Return Authorization requests for damaged product, shipped in error and worked closely with Returns Department to insure product was received back and put returned back into stock.
