•	Managed and oversaw operations for a remote fishing camp that feeds and houses 30 people per week.
•	Built and implemented a well and plumbing system to run two sinks and a hot shower.
•	Process and package 100-300 lbs. of fish for customers daily.
•	Maintain constant communication and positive interactions with guests. 
•	Improved the businesses reputation to 5 stars from a previous 3 star reputation by continuously exceeding customer expectations.
•	Oversaw the transition from private to corporate ownership while maintaining the client base and increasing repeat business by 50%
