Self-motivated customer services/sales professional providing top-notch customer service in the apparel and equipment industry, as well as in package distribution.  Experienced custom hockey and figure skating fitter who works well under pressure and with a high level of precision in the fitting and sharpening of equipment for all levels, beginning skaters through high-end competitive Olympic and professional level skaters requiring custom cuts of the blades and fittings.

•	Load trucks for delivery. Assigned to the Mall trucks which carry valuable merchandise for high end stores at South Coast Plaza.
•	Detailed oriented, ensure paperwork for truck is accurate and matches the load.
•	Ensure all assigned trucks are properly loaded in time for the drivers check.
•	Work with Drivers to determine the best organization for their load and assigned route to be sure they can complete their deliveries on time, such as early morning deliveries, air, etc.
•	Communicate with other loaders and supervisors to determine where additional help is needed to be certain all trucks are loaded timely and work areas are cleared. 
•	Asked to join Safety committee after 4 months on the job due to excellent safety record, strong work ethic and commitment to the team.  Includes speaking to team members at the start of the shifts teaching safety tips. 



•	Excellent Customer service skills as evidence by customers requesting me to be the only one working on their equipment 
•	Independent self-starter, learning the lacrosse side of the business through independent research on the equipment.  
•	Strong team player, always willing to help others when they are behind or need assistance with customers
•	Detail oriented, ensure all paper work is processed accurately the first time, including pricing and discounts.
•	Work to determine causes of any inventory differences on the floor compared to the system. 
•	Communicate with customers in store and over the telephone to assist in selection of the proper equipment and exceed their expectations in customer service
•	Always looking for new ways to display or present merchandise for the customer
•	Communicate well with customers to ensure they are purchasing equipment that meets their needs and expectations.

•	Master sharpener of hockey and figure skates for all skill levels and custom cut requests.
•	Provide customer service for special orders in person or over the telephone, being sure to receive all the detailed information needed for a complete and accurate order. 
•	Work with customers on any returns or dissatisfaction with their purchases, ensuring paperwork processed accurately and timely, including international orders. 
•	Clean and organize store for closing so that the store is ready to open the next day.
