•	Lead Business-planning process, and ensure ROI related to all Action Sports marketing initiatives (athletes, events, properties, partnerships, etc.)
•	Conceptualize & execute Action Sports content strategy (Photo & Video). Work with in-house Media Production team to develop year-round programming calendar (features, stories, advertising, marketing & brand assets)
•	Contract management: events, athlete, digital partnerships, and ambassadors. Negotiate contract terms: content rights, deliverables, duration, exclusivity, branding, onsite footprint, media inventory, etc.)
•	Manage Action Sports Sports Marketing team: Snow Sports Manager, Board Sports Manager, and Action Sports Coord

Senior Global Manager, Action Sports 

•	Develop and oversee the global Board Sports vertical strategy. Responsible for tracking /reporting performance & KPI’s 
•	Manage global budget and all Board Sports marketing touch-points and activities 
•	Lead seven-figure sponsorships & contract negotiations with the world’s leading athletes, sports leagues, & sanctioning bodies. Oversee aforementioned contract deliverables 
•	Relationship Management: sponsored athletes (+ deliverables), event promoters / organizers, sports leagues, venders, and other partners
