I am an experienced executive in the hospitality and natural foods / lifestyle industry. My background is in management, having managed restaurants in New York City and San Diego. I am currently in the process of selling my corporation, Calilou Foods Inc., which designs and sells all-natural, plant based foods to school districts nationwide on a farm to school basis. After a decade in foodservice and product development, I am looking to move in a different direction and build on my management experience. My strength is in team building and problem solving to achieve specific objectives. I am currently located in California's Central Valley (Hanford) due to a relocation of my partner by the US Navy.
