Kayla Summer

I am an passionate and energetic adventurer who wants to transition my career in aerospace/electrical manufacturing to the fitness/apparel/life-style industry. My goal is to work in a company with a high-energy, passionate culture that makes a product that I have a connection to. I have developed skills in time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, excel, relationship-building, and presentation of results during my three years in Eaton's leadership development program.
