Social Media and Communications Manager

I am a talented and ambitious Administrative Professional, Project Manager and Marketing Project Coordinator with extensive experience in carrying out the day to day administration of an efficient office, developing successful marketing initiatives and expanding business development opportunities. As the Social Media and Communications Manager, I am in charge of content creation for multiple social platforms, ensuring a uniform tone of voice and a consistent brand persona. I strive for frequent engagement with our social media community and I am the primary point of contact for public relations at the brewery. I am consistently analyzing and augmenting our existing digital marketing strategies in order to maximize each campaign’s effectiveness. I also manage all of our paid and organic advertising across all online channels and platforms. I also produce our digital media content including video and photography. 

At the California Association of Realtors®, I train and support the 180,000+ Realtor® members all over CA, on the software platform that they use everyday to complete real estate contracts and manage their transactions. I am involved in planning, facilitating and managing Membership Marketing Plans and Strategies, from development to implementation. I keep up to date on the top of real estate technology and market trends and seek to exploit opportunities as markets change.

My duties include valuating and analyzing commercial income properties prior to taking them to the open market. I create the supporting documentation that is disseminated to cooperating brokers and prospective buyers. I develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and new business for the company. I work closely with my clients and investors to help them transfer real property smoothly and efficiently.

Realtor/Real Estate Project Coordinator

At First Manhattan Realtors, I provided exceptional support to the Executive team by preparing & managing expenses, maintaining calendar updates, creating client lists & facilitating team projects. I was also in charge of office administration and ordering of office supplies. Part of my focus was creating online/digital advertising campaigns in support of our social media to capitalize on new client exposure. I would also draft press releases and related documents to increase brand recognition and drive online traffic. I would organize efficient & productive administrative support for President & Principal Executives, such as preparation of documents for special team projects & client events to ensure increased client satisfaction. I would also review & update correspondence, proposals, letters, memos, reports & presentations with speed & accuracy.

Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

As marketing director, I have managed numerous administrative functions including agent recruiting and orientation, as well hiring and training support staff. In addition to providing exceptional support to the executive board of directors, I am responsible for designing and executing professional print and online marketing campaigns.
