Daniela is  a Fashion Marketing and Management graduate with a minor in textiles.
Her body of work consists of Visual Merchandising, Creative Conceptualization, and Production. Her artistic vision has been dedicated to her passion for the visual arts which has turned her into a multidisciplinary artist and storyteller. She finds herself constantly exploring and learning new techniques to incorporate into her work. Daniela enjoys to challenge herself into creating authentic content that speaks for itself, has a purpose and shows passion through environmental design, film, advertising or fashion. 


Responsible for student, presidential, academic, conferences and community events.
• Manages coordination and implementation of multiple events and conferences simultaneously.
• Creates unique event ideas, concepts and décor models. 
• Maintains photo archives, inventory and organization of event supplies. 
• Develops project plans, production timelines and budget.
• Ensures appropriate marketing and public relations for events. 
• Collects RFP’s, quotes, and/or estimate information from vendors. 
• Coordinates all print, visual media, social media and web related requests for assigned events. 
• Works with physical resources to coordinate services including space reservations, housekeeping, grounds, transportation and security. 
• Collaborates with appropriate city departments to request police as needed; assures all city ordinances are abided. 
• Submits paperwork for necessary permitting and or temporary licensing.
• Develops and sources ideas for gifts and giveaways for events. 
• Coordinates, recruits, and manages volunteers as needed for events. 
• Sources, orders and installs all flowers/floral décor for events. 
• Researches and reserves entertainment for events. 
• Interacts with guests, attends as a host and serves as quality representative
• Completes all financial paperwork including purchase requisitions, appropriate employer classification category forms, for all vendors and cost summary reports for each event in a timely manner. 
• Forecasts and compiles cost for an overview budget and monitors budget for events. 

•Develop new door opening planograms based on branded guidelines.
•Work directly with internal store designed to ensure VM/SD alignment of new doors & renovations.
•Work directly with branded project manager and visual merchandising administrator to provide VM estimates and ensure on-time delivery of new door VM elements.
•Develop subregional monthly VM guidelines based on guidelines provided by the brand and distribute them to field teams.
•Obtain pictures and provide feedback to the top 30 doors on a monthly basis.
•Meet weekly with the marketing team to maintain alignment and provide visual merchandising and creative support as needed.
•Provide artwork and production guidance to update and maintain pricing signage and in-store communication.
•Assist with strategy planning, coordination & production of elements to support enhanced visualization in store.
•Partner with commercial & marketing teams to maintain visual consistency in-store, understanding assortments, languages and mix of business.
•Present and facilitate merchandising workshops, training sessions, and seasonal sales meetings.
•Travel to new installations and merchandise the entire space. Including, VM elements, placing visuals, sorting products, stocking shelves, and finishing with taking high-quality photos.
•Ensure all 200+ travel retail locations located throughout North America, South America, the Caribbean, and Mexico are up to date with the latest VM components and collateral.
•Art direct multiple projects at the same time with multiple vendors including but not limited to digital stills, advertisements, posters, banners and other various collateral.
•Compile store reports after each visit and communicate with appropriate team members any necessary repairs or missing elements.
•Coordinate with retailers and understand the complexity of gaining access to retail airport locations that are post security.

Corporate Visual Merchandiser


• Prepare graphic layouts such as signage and communication strips using Illustrator & InDesign.
• Design large scale airport advertising campaigns and art direct multiple projects (at once), including digital stills, advertisements, posters, banners, etc.
• Render graphics using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Maintain communication with NYC Global Merchandising Directors and drive weekly status calls.
• Perform administrative tasks including working in Excel with the guidance of the branded visual merchandiser.
