Since a young age, I’ve had a passion for photography and filmmaking. Growing up near Lake Tahoe, I’ve always appreciated the outdoors and enjoyed using a camera to capture my favorite moments in life. While I was able to develop skills on my own, I found myself craving more, and knew I wanted to turn my passion into a career. In 2011, I made the decision to leave the Sierra Nevadas for the Rocky Mountains and attend the Colorado Film School, where I obtained a film degree emphasizing in Cinematography. Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of shoots, travel to amazing parts of the world, and work on projects such as feature/short films, broadcast sporting events, commercials, music videos, and have worked with a variety of clients as a freelance shooter. Currently, I’m a Camera Operator, Editor, and Technical Director for TV8 Summit (Outside Television affiliate) in Silverthorne, Colorado, but I continuously look for new projects to further challenge myself. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, hiking, and adventuring with friends.
