Hi, Oliver here. I love surfing, skiing and just being (and working) outdoors with the pup.

Managed a team of 6 employees through day to day operations. Strategized and coordinated daily pick up and drop offs of 100+ guests from multiple airports throughout southern california to Temecula valley region. Maintained vehicle records and routine maintenance.

Assisted guests with and trained front desk staff in following: Cash handling, checking in and out of guests, guest complaint resolutions, booking reservations, assisted guests with inquiries regarding Colter Bay Cabin as well as Grand Teton National Park including but not limited to:general rules and regulations of Grand Teton National Park, fishing, hiking trails, weather inquires, campsite reservations . Assisted guests in booking various activities including horseback riding as well as boat rides.

Front Desk Manager

Trained team of 8 front desk staff and 5 locker attendants on following: guest complaint resolution, cash handling,  pool and spa safety.
Oversaw and regulated guest alcohol consumption.
Managed all cash drops from spa employees. Assisted guests with inquiries of resort, local wineries, and points of interest in surrounding areas. General maintenance. Employee of the month for June 2015 for outstanding guest service and professionalism

Front Desk and Locker Room manager

Checking in and out of guests, cash handling from purchases and appointments, booking appointments, assisting guests with resort inquiries including but not limited to: directions, ski run availability, snow fall questions, general inquiries regarding rules and regulations.
