Collaborated with the graphics team, providing a strong understanding of marketing and branding and how they could be used to reach Boeing internal and external customers. Recent successful projects:
•	Developed a campaign concept to promote a change in culture from one where errors in design drawings were accepted to one of 100% accuracy. The strength of the concept, “Drawn to Perfection,” led to the application of this project from a local initiative in a large workgroup to a corporate-wide campaign. The initial target group of this campaign improved their accuracy from about 64% to more than 90%, year over year.
•	Identified the issues, honed the concepts, and created a look-and-feel for the on-going “PeopleFirst” campaign to showcase Boeing’s commitment to employee professional and personal well-being. Initiated at the Puget Sound location, the campaign was brought to the El Segundo office for creative input. Several Boeing entities saw increased traffic to their Web sites.
