Cabela's Associate Brand Manager

-Developed positioning, messaging and a multi-channel go to market strategy for Cabela’s core products within the Everyday Value campaign. These 55 products have seen growth by over 30% while effectively increasing bottom line sales for the Cabela’s product line.
-Boosted bottom line growth and customer activation leading a reactivation strategy using the It’s In Your Nature brand equity TV and digital campaign featuring U.S. Olympic bronze medalist Corey Cogdell and avid outdoorsmen Jim and Eva Shockey.
-Crafted a sponsorship deal with the Rockhouse Motion production company that integrated company branded products in 2 long form aspirational films that provided content for print and digital and generated over 30 million social media impressions. 
-Earned 17 million impressions and 4 million views (37.42% of which was organic) on Facebook alone for a Father’s Day UGC commercial that Ad Week named one of the top commercials during Father’s Day.


-Crafted a multi-channel strategy through print, digital and retail that promoted over 400 hunting and fishing outfitters. 
-Partnered with the Web Creative team to develop, and launch a new site that provided a better user experience, increased search engine optimization and fully functional for internal team use.
-Increased traffic by 125% through developing and training the team on a Search Engine Optimization strategy.
-Developed a catalog marketing strategy that increased sales by 25% by analyzing key performance indicators, tracking analytics, and  researching industry trends. 
-Managed and created over 2000 targeted search terms for advertising within sponsored listings of search engines.
-Worked with Conversant Media on a paid digital marketing strategy while targeting our core customer through monitoring analytics.

Cabela’s Outdoor Adventures Marketing Manager

-Hired to develop and manage the product video department that focused on driving content and a better Online user experience. 
-Partnered with web developers and computer programmers to develop a media base to house, transport and update video to the  e-commerce  and YouTube sites.
-The team worked closely with photographers, stylist and in-house models to shoot and edit over 300 product videos per week.

Sierra Trading Post Video Production Manager   

-Art directed and managed the positioning and creative develop of the Sierra Outdoors catalog.
-Worked closely with photographers, stylist, copy writers, and merchandisers to direct and design 16 catalogs per year.
