Project Manager

Obtain a position where my experience, strong organizational skills, fabrication knowledge, desire and ability to learn can contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Looking to grow my skill set within a team that shares my same goals and aspirations.

•Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and define requirements, view the risks and opportunities, break down and analyze the projects, set timeframes, prepare budgets, create schedules and assign tasks, keeping the client and venders engaged to ensure project’s completion by the required due date. 
•Work efficiently with the internal team of design, engineering, shop foreman and accounting to ensure that all projects meet each designated deadline, giving everyone the proper information to assist in the completion of the job from start to the finished product. 


•Purchase materials needed based on the projects engineering prints. 
•Main point of contact for vendors to ensure pricing, availability, and arrival date for the needed material.
•Ensuring that the correct material and quantity is received that was purchased and performing inventory cycles of stock items weekly and monthly


Project Coordinator

•Oversee all purchasing and inventory counts of materials 
•Handle all shipping and receiving according to delivery schedules 
•Make local deliveries and pickups in Southern California in a company truck


Warehouse Manager

•Oversee purchasing and inventory counts of materials and perform cycle counts and purchases daily
•Handle all receiving according to delivery schedules and verify items and quantities received.
•Coordinate deliveries based on weekly customer orders


Warehouse Associate

•Load and unload exhibitors’ freight from the correct trailer and deliver to the correct booth with corresponding paperwork
•Assist customer with unloading of heavy products and returning crates to designated areas
•Operate and maintain a forklift in a safe manner daily.
