I am an active Designer and Creator living in Temecula. I originally grew up in Juneau, Alaska. For the last 14 years I have building a career and life in California. My professional career has been heavily involved in Screen Printing, Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development, and Graphic Design. I have spent over 20 years progressing in these crafts while pushing for new knowledge in all supporting skill-sets.

Manage Production facility, Art department, and 35 person Staff.
• Employee hiring, training, and discipline.
• Implement SOP’s to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Work with Clients on creative direction and specialty applications to
expand our capabilities.
• Re-arrange floor-plan and introduce new equipment to
increase workflow efficiency and production opportunities.
• Schedule and prepare various formats of art for production for
5 M & R Automatic presses. On Average, 12-15K Prints Per Shift.
• Oversee Pad Printed tag-less relabeling, supply art and film
• Tech Pack Creation for Internal use as well as for Domestic and
International Vendors.
• High Volume, High Quality Color Separations
• Post Script Film Output
• Technical Troubleshooting in all departments.
• Manage Federal and Client Specific Restricted Substance Lists (RSL)
• Trend & Process Research and Development
• Submit Concept Idea Briefs to Clients to promote new products,
techniques, and programs.
