• Train new instructors, including management and rules and regulations of the job
• Instruct hundreds of clients in Ski/Snowboard technique, stressing safety and fun
• Outfit clients with the proper gear and hired goods

• Communicate with Ski Utah content producers in order to successfully schedule, edit and post content on Ski Utah's website. Utilize HTML coding and Ski Utah's CMS (content management system) to create published content on SkiUtah.com. On social platforms, create live, on-mountain content for social media such as Facebook Live and Instagram stories. Creating live content at least once a month.
• Create, execute, and engage on various social media outlets to promote and increase Ski Utah brand awareness. Word of mouth is the most important advertising tool when booking travel. To this end, keeping Ski Utah's voice active on social is paramount. Tracking effectiveness through number of followers increasing followers by 8%.
• Communicate and execute Instagram takeovers and promotions with Ski Utah's Instagram account by the various Utah Ski Resorts and Inkwell, raising awareness for both Ski Utah and the Utah ski industry as a whole. Measuring social reach and follower interaction during the takeovers tracking the effectiveness of the operations.
• Post and track social media interaction on Ski Utah's various social media channels; Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter; tracking post reach, Twitter impressions, and video views.
