Production coordination

Connecting with people from all walks of life is what fuels my passion for marketing, which is why I have spent the last few years finding every opportunity to work in positions with people who inspire me. 

Working for companies like Red Bull, Happy Madison Productions and Nitro Circus Media Productions has allowed me to learn the ropes from some of the most innovative people in the entertainment industry while simultaneously trying my hand at my own production coordination.

Meeting new people and learning through their experiences in the field brings me a lot of joy, so please feel free to reach out if you have anything you want to share!

Prior to shoot week, I aided in pre production coordination, which included creating and organizing budget sheets, call/contact sheets, run of days, shot lists, hotels, flights, etc. The work my team and I were directly involved with was centered around creating content for the Nitro Circus digital pages. To create this content, I helped create interview questions and an athlete/talent list for shoot days, which I later used to help conduct over 30 interviews with high profile athletes in the FMX, Rally Cross and Flat Track realms, such as Travis Pastrana and Joe Kopp, which will live on Nitro Circus’ YouTube and Facebook pages. My team and I played a large part in helping creative build out strategies for athlete interviews regarding aesthetic and storyline. This shoot continued to fuel my passion for working where the intersection of action sports and entertainment meet.

Nitro Circus World Games: Field Producer/ Production Coordinator

Working with the marketing team at Bang Energy to ensure the growth of our social media ambassador program through recruitment of high performing influencers on Instagram and Youtube. My team and I are constantly upgrading initiatives such as monthly challenges and influencer recruitment tactics to promote Bang Energy's exponential growth on social media. When it comes to activations, my team and I will act as the first point of contact/coordinators for ambassadors at national and international events while also acting as a product information source for consumers while at Bang Energy supported events. 

Simultaneously, I am building out Bang Energy's college brand ambassador program (payment, contracts, hiring, SOPs, performance management and unique branding activations) to help foster Bang's growth in the collegiate market.

Marketing Recruitment Coordinator 

Working as an intern at Happy Madison Productions on the Sony lot in Los Angeles allowed for me to learn so much about all of the different levels of work that go into producing a movie or a TV show. I had never been on a  studio lot before, so working at Sony, while intimidating at first, let me become fully immersed in the production atmosphere. I worked at the front desk of Happy Madison where my responsibilities included: script coverage, managing shipments, answering the main line and working with expendables to make sure all employees had everything they needed to have an efficient work day. I was able to see the process behind a lot of different jobs that help create iconic movies and shows. Working with producers, editors, directors and actors gave me more insight into the industry and fueled my passion to work with creative minds, like the ones I was able to work with at Happy Madison, in the future.

Production Intern


As a Student Brand Manager for Red Bull, I got to involve myself on my campus to the fullest degree. My job was to represent the Red Bull brand while finding moments on campus when the brand and product could be used by students to help give them an upgraded college experience. Some of my responsibilities included: locating opinion leaders and memorable moments on-campus to associate with the Red Bull brand, creating and maintaining relationships with campus leaders to help promote my brand as well as theirs, and coming up with innovative ways to connect and reach different groups on campus. My specific market included all of North Florida, and I was lucky enough to work as Wings Team member summer 2016 and 2017 in Jacksonville, FL to further connect with my team. I love being able to bring together so many different kinds of students, from all different areas of the world, with a brand as inventive as Red Bull. 

Student Brand Manager 

As a radio producer for ESPN I was responsible for producing and managing the sound boards for live sports talks shows and live game coverage on ESPN 850 AM and 107.3 The Gator. I was also responsible for bartering commercials to make sure the sound quality was premium on Adobe Audition and screen active listener's calls before they went on air.

Radio Producer 

As a legal intern, my responsibilities included researching and analyzing various matters relating to the production, marketing and advertising components of the company. I was able to assist with the registration and management of the Nitro Circus IP assets and help with the preparation of PR events leading up to the Nitro Circus Live World Tour. When I learned I was able to return to Nitro Circus Media Productions for a second year I was determined to learn more about other aspects of the production world that allow for the creation of a cohesive project, which is why I was extremely excited to intern summer 2016 with their legal department.

Legal Intern

During my time as a production intern I completed production duties including filling out media expense sheets, coding expenses, making media carnets, and other tasks when needed. I was lucky enough to able to help the team during many important events such as a Nitro Circus Live international tour, the filming of their TV show, the upkeep of their Youtube channel and during the edit and release of "Revolution Day." Media production has always interested me and to be able to help film B-roll and slate athlete interviews for "Revolution Day" allowed me to further involve myself in the communication world.
