  I have been in involved in Action Sports since I was a child as an athlete, competitor, student, retail and service shop manager, mountain operations manager, designer, photographer, event manager and planner, film and photo shoot manager and mountain operations director.  

  Most recently, for the past 23 years I have been a Terrain Park designer, builder and operations manager in three countries including Canada, New Zealand and the United States where the Parks I have managed in the US have spent a decade in industry Top Ten rankings, 5 years in the #1 spot, as well as the Parks I have been involved with internationally consistently ranking among the top positions in the industry.  

  I grew up downhill mountain biking and skateboarding and I still consider myself an expert level mountain biker.  Although I would no longer call myself a skateboarder, I have a great deal of ties as well as respect and interest in the skateboard industry.  I also love the water - wakeboarding, wake surfing, diving, paddle boarding and surfing rank among my favorite water activities.

  I make things happen,  I work well with people, I learn quickly, I care about people, I love to challenge myself and I love to see projects through to completion.

-Event Operations (ESPN Winter X Games, Aspen Snowmass Open, Grand Prix, USASA Ski and Snowboard, USSA Ski and Snowboard, Local Events Series)
-Film and Photo Shoot Operations Management (Burton, Brain Farm, PBP, Level 1, Red Bull, Oakley, TGR, Matchstick)
-US Olympic Team Training Facilities Manager
-Red Bull Air Camp Training Facilities Manager
-Annual Budget Preparations
-Managing Staff of between 15 and 42 Employees
-24 hour around the clock Mountain Operations
-Training of Day Staff and Snowcat Operators 
-Snowcat Operator (snow farming, pushing, building, grooming)
-Machine Operator (dirt work and excavation)

-Work with International Team of Terrain Park Experts to provide World Class Training Facilities and Event Venue.
-Train new snow cat operators
-Build and Maintain Terrain Park features

Lead Groomer and Grooming Trainer

-Lead Park Staff in design and maintenance of Terrain Parks
-Work with Cat Drivers/Builders for on hill builds
-Test Terrain Park Features prior to opening to Public
-Chief of Course for Events (FIS World Cup Snowboard, WSSF Ski and Snowboard, Nike Series Ski and Snowboard, Sims Snowboard Invitational)
-Events Department Safety Representative 
-Summer Glacier Snow Cat Operator

Terrain Park Specialist 

-Manage all Terrain Park Employees related to design, build, events and maintenance 
-Secure Sponsorship and maintain relations with Sponsors for all Freestyle Events
-Create New Events
