After nearly a decade of successfully marketing consumer electronics, I went after a new challenge in 2008. I landed at Tactics Boardshop, a multi-channel retailer for snow, skate, footwear, and apparel. In my near decade there the business grew nearly 300%, with a positive profit profile each year. My tenure at Tactics is indicative of each step of my marketing career. Businesses under my leadership have seen steady, profitable increases in revenue and market share. Customer bases grow. Business ratings increase. Purchase frequency increases. Warehouses get outgrown. Staffing increases, with junior staff learning under my tutelage, occasionally moving on to create their own mark for another business.
My methods are sound and oriented toward cost-efficient growth for mid-sized businesses. I am fueled by a competitive drive to succeed and to be a positive influence on my staff and colleagues. I love to win and will outwork my competition to do so.
