Created annual acquisition and retention plans to drive memberships sales and membership survival rates. My accomplishments of membership growth included a 5% increase in family membership units through multiple tactics including a tailored cost savings messaging campaign. 

I contributed to a ten point improvement in an annual member experience survey for overall member experience. Successful plans include monthly engagement calendars with events, workshops and wellness support tools. 

I produced and executed messaging campaigns to drive traffic to YMCA programs, including three membership drives and twelve program drives. I led large-scale creative projects for the location including a facility-wide signage integration for a 100,000 sq. foot building. 

Transitioned a heavy print based marketing department to utilizing digital tactics to expand campaign reach and budgets through email and social media campaigns.

Marketing & Membership Engagement Director


Managed the second largest YMCA parent-child camping program in the country with over 4,000 participants in the North County area. I created a memorable experience for program participants through thoughtful event planning, innovative programming and quality control. 

I perfected my communication skills as the primary liaison for event vendors and community partners. Developed a process for program volunteer recruitment and training. I recruited and supported 150 volunteers during the program season. 

My passion for the organization contributed to the success of raising over $185K for an annual fundraising campaign for financial assistance through strategic donor stewardship and special event coordination.
