Sales Associate 

I started in the ski industry as a Junior Ski Instructor and then returned the following year as a Ski Instructor. I have spent four winters at Ski Sundown and one winter at Crotched Mountain. At Ski Sundown I have helped with the supervision of afterschool lessons and began to branch into other departments of the mountain. I have worked shifts as a lift operator and I have worked shifts as a terrain attendant. Through these years I have developed strong communication skills and conflict resolution skills. These skills have translated into everyday life and into other jobs that I have held when ski season ends. Right now I am working as a Sales Associate at REI and always learning more about customer service skills and the products we sell in store.

I work on the floor as a sale associate helping customers with questions about products. My main duties include stocking and outfitting customers for all equipment needed on their trip. 

I started as a Junior Instructor and then became a full instructor. Over the years I began to broaden my talents at the mountain and began to work shifts as a terrain attendant and lift operator. For two seasons I helped with the supervision of afterschool lessons and last season I received supervisor training for the upcoming season.

I started at Crotched Mountain when I went to college. I worked for one season as an instructor who taught kids and adults of all ages. 

I lead kids from grades Kindergarten to 7th grade in various camp activities given to us in the schedule at the start of each day.
