Office Manager

Handling all PA duties and general office related administration tasks for a busy
Attorney with an influx of clients daily. Duties include, but not limited to: diary
management, ordering office supplies, written and verbal client correspondence,
billing and invoice management, training and management of new interns, and
filing of legal documentation.

Re-hired at this small partner owned agency with increased responsibility in all
areas of a variety of events, from start to finish. Also comprising management
of the following: delegate event websites, online training and correspondence,
finance, budgeting and invoicing, booking complex travel and accommodation,
preparation of event briefing documents, post-event evaluation and analysis of
delegate feedback, creation of professional and eye-catching event proposals and
pitch documentation.

Event Manager

Employed as the main support across two teams for the Head of Philanthropy and
Head of Corporate Partnerships. Main responsibilities consisted of PA duties.

Team Coordinator

Initially hired as an events support role and promoted to Project Executive shortly
after. Primarily managing the Volkswagen Press and PR account.

Project Executive

Worked alongside Account Managers at this small independent event management agency to support in the delivery process of each individual event.

Event Coordinator 

Hired as a summer intern to gain experience in the events industry within a large,
reputable automotive company.
