A Sales Leader within the outdoor industry for 15+ years. I have successfully led both in-house sales teams and independent sales agencies. My experience in sales spans both hard goods and soft goods at Specialty Stores, Large Big-Box Chains, and eCommerce. I focus not only on the sell-in of products but also brand building through partnerships and ultimately sell through at retail.

As Director of Sales for American Rec, I cleaned up distribution, implemented a successful MAP policy and grew Gross Margin. I also had a roll in the development of new branded and private label products. Created assortment plans with promotional and exit strategies built in. I am experienced in direct import and domestic business.

I am a confident, results-driven leader with a team-first approach. I empower my salespeople to make decisions to drive the business they "own". I build strong, long-term relationships by communicating effectively and delivering on commitments.
