I am a passionate individual who thrives through building positive, lasting relationships that will create change in the world and protect the planet.

•	Coordinated roundtable discussion groups with industry professionals to create partnerships for the program and the local community while gathering information on sustainability skills needed in the workforce

•	Synthesized research and framework for the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Office to develop a statewide distributed, 74-page, report, and was selected as 2018 SHIFT conference Emerging Leader in Jackson, WY to participate in State Offices of Outdoor Recreation 
"Outdoor Brands Promoting an Outdoor Culture"
•	Developed policy recommendations for outdoor brands to promote the use of outdoor recreation in their culture
"Climate Change Advocacy Trail Guide"
•	Created a toolkit for companies to become involved in climate advocacy and develop climate friendly business practices in their supply chain by implementing a stakeholder engagement plan


Graduate Policy Researcher

•	Earned one of the highest educator ratings from chaperone and teacher reviews after teaching 24 programs
•	Developed 3 to 5-day environmental inquiry-based science programs following Next Generation Science Standards that inspired students to protect the planet and appreciate outdoor spaces
