As Co-founder and Executive at Ruche, Inc, I paved the way for achieve a $20M+ valuation with $1M EBITDA. I lead the development of it’s IT infrastructure to service up to 100k daily visitors, send more than 1M targeted emails per month, and process more than 130k order per year. I utilized emerging technologies and created strategic partnerships to recruit and train a team of 70+ employees. I raised over $1.5M debt financing for growth, and I lead an additional $500k round of finance through an international PE firm in contingency of an asset sale. I then transitioned the company to work remotely with a team of 10 contractors and an international footprint.
Concurrently I help start ups and small to mid-size companies with their technology and process challenges. Some of my more recent achievements include implementing product listing and inventory management solutions to increase listing volume and sales by 100% in less than 6 months. I also implemented a complete order fulfillment program to automate service selections by customer preference and cost, and introduced strategic shipping providers to reduce package processing costs by 25%.
